Are we at war?

• I thought only congress could declare it

  • and they haven't!!!

• The US is NOT at war

  • Legal safeguards are still non-war status
  • Most actions are executive branch at this time
  • Enormous funding put forth (100B+)
    • Much for military industrial complex
    • Much for big business interests
    • Much for military
  • Funding is mostly not addressing the problem!

• Oil and Aluminum vs. high tech $ transfers
