Why we are losing II

• Under color of authority

  • We are sacrificing our national principles, the moral high ground, and the constitutional basis of our existence on a false and misleading basis that these changes will somehow make us safe.
  • We are abusing secrecy, lying to our citizens, and losing all credibility here and abroad - when we should be more open and transparent than ever.
  • We are doing what those who would attack us are doing - perception management - torture - loss of all privacy - discrimination based on religion and appearance - shutting down free speech, etc.
