  • SPAM should be illegal -it invades your privacy
    • as should automated dialers and telephone sales
  • Crimes should be easy to report over the Internet
    • Police should follow up on all such reports rapidly
    • Internet crime statistics should be kept and published
    • Criminals should be sought and prosecuted rapidly
    • Non-criminals should not be harassed, shut down, etc.
  • Corporations who fail to report all detected crimes
    • should be considered accessories, officers criminally liable
