• Size is really critical

  • 1"x0.25" typical COTS
    • Locality 1-2 pages grouped, content readable, a few hours per page manual reassembly time, more pages makes it a bit worse, bond, color, etc. help
  • 0.125"x0.25" for $200 @2 sheets/sec
    • Locality 10-100 pages grouped, rapid easy separation via mixing, many hours per page manual reassembly, more pages makes it much worse, bond, color, etc. help.
  • 0.05"x0.05" acts like dust
    • Manual reassembly hopeless
