Problem:
Many administrators are unaware of the possible legal requirement
to serve notice to users and potential attackers of the limits associated
with using a system.
Cure:
Any legal notice required can be printed for each user at login
by putting the notice in the `etcmotd' file. The message of the day
only prints a message, and you might consider a verification program
that prompts to assure that the user has read the message. This can be
implemented in `etcprofile', which is interpreted at every login using
Sh or Csh.
