I had a look at www.fuckindia.org and I did not discover any instructions
whatsoever (just some propaganda).
I tried to find the .com and I couldn't (anyone successful? I did not spend
much time as I have to rush off to the
airport)

This seems to be a good example of the media hyping hackers again.
