How do we know if a cyber-conflict or InfoWar reached to the end?

MAGLAN-Lab. tries to resolve this question considering the Cyber-Conflict
over the Middle East, while few facts are clear:
- More than 15 days with no cyber conflicts direct events: No any
coordinated attacks and/or no denial of service activity.
- The majority of the Israeli and Palestinians cyber-conflict undergrounds
are no longer operating.
- Opponents are virtual with no clear identity.
- Low-level "one-man show" or focused offensive actions observes from time
time (mainly web defacements).

Any comments, ideas are welcome.
