Check out the thread in sci.crypt on usenet.

You could run something like evidence eliminator on your machine. 
That will remove any trace if you properly configure it, but it might 
not be much help anyway. ISP logs should be sufficient to convict you 
even if you have managed to wipe your disks. And of course, due 
process protections don't help in many countries.
