I agree with Fred here.

It is extremely myopic to focus purely on technology and the "obvious" overt
acts when talking about information warfare. Psych ops, propaganda, and
professional agitators have played important roles in the so called
"traditional warfare. The zeitgeist or in this case the  attempt to
influence it is equally as important to monitor.

Thanks for the update on this development.
