Just as The Hunger Project ultimately determined that the reason 40,000
people a day starve to death on Earth is basically political, we seem to
agree that the reason we don't have effective national-level information
protection is political.

Therefore - we need a political solution. Many of us - from all of the
nations involved - have knowledge and desire to improve information
protection. But without a political process in place to facilitate
success, our efforts are highly limited in their short-term effects.
