I too felt it was most likely a straightforward propaganda piece (although 
it also reads like something that an honest, if conspiracy-minded person 
might write after reading a lot of "stuff" presented as facts.)

In any case, I thought it would be a good exercise to disassemble each 
observation, noting the admixtures of the truth, the possible and the 
implausible.

I did not address the "Israeli's cheering of the rooftop" comment, as it is 
likely an unverifiable in the extreme.

However, even if I am sure there were crowds, some of Palestinians, that 
were cheering the news of the attack, it is still the height of 
irresponsibility and dishonesty, in my opinion, for archival footage (if 
that is what it was) being substituted for contemporary fact.  It would be 
chillingly Orwellian if true, and could not be excused.
