Domestic Chemical/Biological/Nuclear Attack??

This partial transcript from Hannity & Colmes, September 26, 2001 was
provided by the Federal Document Clearing House

HANNITY: well, that -- that's a great issue, and I'm going to get back that
in just a second. Former Georgia senator Sam Nunn is specifically concerned
and was quoted in the Atlanta papers today about biological and chemical
attack, in particular here. Chris Shays was on this program just a couple of
nights ago, Congressman from Connecticut. He said it's not a matter of if,
it's a matter of when and it's a matter of magnitude. What can you tell us
about what -- what could Americans fear as it relates to bio or chemical
terror?

HART: Well, I -- first of all, those are words -- those are phrases and
words or sentences I myself have used over the past two or three years.

HANNITY: You have?

HART: Oh, yes. In fact, I gave a speech in Montreal on September the 5th,
the headline of which was, in the papers in Montreal, "Hart predicts
terrorist attacks on America." So I think anybody that's studied this very
long or very hard comes pretty much to the same conclusions as my former
colleagues did.
