(Bukhari). In 1990 when Iraq occupied Kuwait, America announced a war of boycott in trading and in economy against Iraq as a punishment to it so that nothing of Iraq's products will be exported and none of the world's products will be exported to Iraq, not even one piece of weaponry. Most of the states in the Islamic world participated in imposing the trading and economic sanctions, so Turkey and the Saudi family stopped carrying Iraqi oil through the Iraqi pipelines which pass through their lands, and they prevented its shipment from their ports. They shared with Egypt and other countries in the Islamic world in preventing any exports of Iraqi and Kuwaiti products, and also prevented the influx of weapons and goods including food and medicine. The reason that America had taken these actions was to force its leadership onto the whole world, and to be singular in its leadership and in order to use this issue as a means to force its complete domination over the gulf area, forcing her control, authority, and influence on this area so that it will control single handedly the gulf oil production, marketing, and pricing. In continuation of this plan America is now moving to extend and force its leadership over Asia under the justification of combating terrorists in Afghanistan and the traitorous leaders of the Islamic countries have yet again responded positively by cooperating with America against the Muslims. Thus on the order of America, Pakistan shut down its border with Afghanistan. Nearly all trade has halted along the 1,500-mile-long border frontier. Thousands of Muslims from Afghanistan have been turned away. At one point, Pakistani border guards beat them back with sticks. Many shouting and some crying, pleaded to be allowed across. In fact the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states have all stated their readiness to "co-operate fully" with the United States in their “crusade” against international terrorism. Both the Saudi government and the United Arab Emirates recently cut diplomatic relations with Afghanistan. Pakistan also signalled that it, too, had all but abandoned the Taliban when it announced that it had withdrawn all its remaining diplomats over the weekend from missions in Kabul and Kandahar, as well as Herat and Jalalabad. The harmful results of these diplomatic, trading and economic sanctions have already started to appear in Afghanistan, where the food and medical materials have started to diminish, adversely affecting the Muslims. This boycott contradicts with the basic rights of man which America and Europe cover with lying, hypocrisy, deception and misguidance, yet they boast that they defend these rights and are the protectors of them. Such a boycott also contradicts with the human nature and instinct to trade, which the west falsely claims to protect. Whilst at the same time it is in contradiction with the international laws which they show to the world that they work to protect. This is in addition to the fact that Islam forbids this boycott decisively and it considers that it is cooperation with the infidels in sin and is cooperation upon enmity against the Muslims. Therefore, what Pakistan and other states in the Islamic world have done in participating in imposing these punishments upon Muslims in Afghanistan is a sinful act. This action Islam forbids, and Islam considers it as conspiring with the infidels against the Muslims, and against the Muslim lands, and considers it as cooperation in sin and enmity against the Muslims. Allah Subhana Wa Ta’ala says (to the nearest meaning): 'And cooperate on making good and righteousness and don't cooperate on sin and enmity and beware of Allah." Also, Islam forbids Muslims to boycott one another, according to what Anas has related about what the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Salim said (to the nearest meaning): "Don't hate each other, don't envy each other, don't turn your back to each other, don't boycott each other, and be slaves of Allah and be brothers". Islam forbids that any Muslim makes zulm (wrong) on others, or disappoints one another. The boycott of Muslims in Afghanistan is a great disappointment to them, it is turning against helping them, and it is a support to the infidel in their wrongdoing. The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Salim said (to the nearest meaning): "The Muslim is the brother of the Muslim, he does not wrong him and does not disappoint him, and does not contempt him." The meaning of "not disappoint him" is that he does not leave his help and support, so if he sought his help for removing the wrongdoing against him then it is a duty for him to come and help him. And if a Muslim falls into need or difficulty, then it is a duty upon Muslims to come and help him, in order to remove the difficulty away from him. The Muslims are not allowed to leave him in this difficulty, or to surrender him, or to leave him to the one who inflicted this difficulty upon him. The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Salim has said (to the nearest meaning): "The Muslim is the brother of the Muslim, he does not wrong him, and does not leave him, and the one who is in help of his brother's need, Allah will be in help of his needs, and the one who removes a difficulty away from a Muslim, Allah will remove one of his difficulties on the day of judgement, and the one who hides the shortcoming of a Muslim, Allah will protect him on the day of judgement." The cooperation of the Muslim world against the Muslims of Afghanistan in response to America is disappointing and leaving the Muslims in Afghanistan to America and a great disappointment to them. It is also supporting the enemy of Muslims, which is the infidel America against them, and it is an increase in their suffering. All of this contradicts with this hadith as it contradicts with the hadith of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Salim in which he compares the Muslims in their love of helping each other, and showing kindness to each other, as being one body, so they have to love each other, be kind to each other, support and help each other. And whatever inflicts one of them inflicts the other. The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Salim said (to the nearest meaning): "The parable of the believers in their love and kindness of each other is like one body, if any part of it complains then all the various parts will complain with sleeplessness and suffer with fever". Therefore, it is a duty upon all the rulers in the Muslim lands who participated in imposing the sanctions against the Muslims in Afghanistan to give up this matter and they have to help the Muslims in Afghanistan against America and other infidel states, instead of being a help to these infidel states against Muslims. Oh Muslims, your rulers, may Allah not bless them, are tools in the hands of the infidel states, America and Britain, which use them to achieve their interests and act against the interests of Muslims, against the Muslim lands, against Islam, and against Islam's return back to life in the state and society. The reality is that America today uses them to achieve its policy and its interests in the region, as Britain also tries to use them for that purpose as well. Therefore, it is a duty upon you to act to destroy them and to uproot their presence, to demolish their cartoon states, their weak regimes, and to establish from among you a Khalifah, to whom you give a pledge upon the book of Allah and the sunnah of the Prophet (SAW), so as to unite you in one state under the flag of 'La ilaha illa Allah Muhammadur Rasul ul Allah'.
