There is a lot of info on the mailing lists that I run, 4gw, c4i. I
will add you to the lists since they can be accessed by members only.
You could also try the India Cracked project at http://www.srijith.net

The main Pakistan cracker groups are Pakistan Hackerz Club headed by
Doctor Nuker and MisterSweet, GForce Pakistan headed by RSnake and
Heataz, Pakistan Cyber Warriors, etc. There are also pan-Islamic
crackers like al Qaida online with whom Fluffi Bunni has links. In
addition a Brazilian group like Silver Lords has also been hired for
money by pan-Islamic groups to deface websites of several countries and
post pro-Kashmir, pro-Chechenya and pro-Palestine slogans.

Most of the Chinese cracker groups are affiliated with the People's
Liberation Army which has a doctrine of cyberwar and information
warfare.
