Keiretsu Forum Pebble Beach |
About Keiretsu ForumKeiretsu Forum is the largest global private angel investment group, with 2500+ members in 46 chapters on 3 continents. In 2015, members invested more than $80M in 134 companies globally. Since inception, Keiretsu members have invested more than $750M in early stage companies. While the average US return on angel investment averages a 20 percent IRR, during the past decade Keiretsu Forum members with diversified portfolios (30 or more companies) saw returns in the range of 26 percent, approximately a 10-1 increase in value. This was possible because Keiretsu Forum members see outstanding deal flow monthly from around the world. In Pebble Beach, through our online meeting series, members see the best vetted Keiretsu Forum companies with completed and up-to-date due diligence reports, all with open rounds and existing invetors. Members share their views on these companies with one another. Pre-Portfolio CompaniesPre-portfolio companies wishing to participate in Keiretsu Forum's Pebble Beach chapter do so through our online meetings. Companies wishing to give a presentation apply to present through our online application form. Each online session we try to get at least one local and one global pre-portfolio company to present. Startups participating in this pre-portfolio presentation are expected to either have some experience in angel funding and presenting new companies and are encouraged to have gone through Angel To Exit or a similar program prior to presentation. Portfolio CompaniesKeirestu Forum portfolio companies have a new and unique opportunity to participate in the Pebble Beach Chapter's online meetings. Portfolio companies worldwide with completed due diligence and in open funding rounds have the opportunity to present recorded pitches (5 minutes) and participate live in follow-on questions (for 3 minutes). They may attend the remainder of the meeting until the mind-share session. This model can help you with investors and help the new Pebble Beach chapter develop a larger membership. This is a win for all for entrepreneurs and investors. If you are interested in participating and have an open round and completed due diligence, please let us know. Please let us know the schedule anticipated for rounds so we can plan accordingly.
