Founding Member invitations for K4Online are going out this week. Pebble Beach chapter members are automatically enrolled, while members from other chapters are invited via their chapter presidents. If you are an interested member and didn't get an invitation by the end of the week, ask your chapter president for details.

The Pebble Beach Chapter of Keiretsu Forum is proud to announce a new member service. Keiretsu Forum Online at Pebble Beach provides monthly online access to "Best of Keiretsu Forum" companies. This includes presentations by portfolio companies with open funding rounds and other investors already invested in these rounds. Online sessions include a presentation, Q&A, and mindshare, and sponsors provide information on their capabilities and facilities to help members and portfolio companies succeed. Apr 1, 2016: Chapter judges at Monterey Bay Startup Challenge

Keiretsu Forum Pebble Beach President Fred Cohen participated as a judge in the Monterey Bay Startup Challenge at CSU Monterey Bay. This forum anually invites local entrepreneurs, almost 100 of them this year, to do practice pitches to angel investors. After the practie pitches, top companies are selected and moentored towards a final pitch and winners are given cash prises to help them start or grow their businesses. Mar 29, 2016: Chapter represented at Insider Threat Summit

Keiretsu Forum Pebble Beach President Fred Cohen participated in the Insider Threat Summit in Monterey, meeting with many of the nation's leaders in detecting insider threats in cyber-systems. As head of the Secure Cyber Committee, Dr. Cohen reviews many of the companies submitting for funding where they either directly or indirectly have a substantial potential risk associated of business success or failure with cyber-systems.
