Do you think that the laws in Canada that are much loser when it comes
to  the sales and use of encryption software, explains why other
nations like Russia use Canada as a sort of  virtual portal for some
sites where they attempt to make it seems as though the actual country
is not involved?  I have heard that Iran, Iraq and North Korea do some
of the same things??
